I heard nothing from them on the day of the appt. I chased with emails and several phone calls. I got a call back after calling from a number that I had not given to them. This was at 7pm, they said their van had broken down and they would call back in 15 minutes. I did not receive a call and have not been contacted since, it is now Wednesday as I type regarding the job.

Punctual, friendly and helpful, communication was easy despite advertising the job from 5000 mile away!

The job was booked for 7 am - at 6.30 got a call with no real explanation that the 'man couldnt do it'...I explained that this was not acceptable and I had booked based on recommendations from the website-I asked the young female to get in touch with the 'man' and ask him what time he could come. She called back and only offered a ' female' to take my items and unload with a £30 charge instead. A female did come and dropped me off however then said ' I want to go home to my family' ( there was a delay of 30 minutes at the venue as the door fob had changed and so had to wait) and so the lady stated 'why dont you pay me £30 '. Apparently in 4 years, this was the first time this family run business had ' failed' to complete a job but with no real apology offered , no realisation of what real customer care is and certainly no accomodation of the customer needs, I certainly would not recommend this company albeit I was the first that they failed to serve.
