Our quote:
Every job we quote is for a 2 man crew who will load/unload and transport all your listed items.
Packing :
Please make sure all your items are safely packed. Glass items and delicates must be bubble wrapped. Boxes cannot not be over packed and ideally not half-empty, as this also leads to damage.
If you require extra services like packing, assembling and disassembling furniture please let us know and we will give a competitive quote.
Arrival times :
We are always doing our best to arrive on time, but sometimes we cannot guarantee our arrival time against delays. We will however phone you to keep you informed about our timing.
Parking :
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure adequate parking arrangements have been made. If suitable please arrange for a parking bay suspension or have the appropriate parking ticket pre-ordered. Any fines or charges will be added to the final bill.
Please note : We are reasonable people. When it comes to unforeseen circumstances we understand that some things are out of your and our control. However, we do ask that you think about every eventuality beforehand and inform us accordingly.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
