TERMS & CONDITIONS

All fixed quotes are based on the information given at the time of booking. The price will be increased if any of the following have not been taken into consideration when preparing the quote.

1) If the description or quantity of items in the inventory are not disclosed properly.
2) Customer must state if the goods for delivery/collection are based somewhere else than the ground floor.
3) Collected, but undelivered items due to the customer`s fault (nobody in to accept the delivery, wrong address given, etc.) are subject to a 10-20£ per day storage fee (depending of the actual size of the goods).
4) If your listing is placed as flexible collection/delivery date this means what it says. If you require a collection at a set time/date message the details on when it can be collected/delivered. This must be mentioned prior to accepting my bid.
5) If you provide a different collection/delivery address than on your listing then extra charges may be incurred.
6) If any delays may occure while delivering you will be informed the day before or on the day of the collection/delivery.
