It is the worst company and individual I have ever dealt with in all the time I have used Anyvan.com. First I was given 3 different delivery dates at which no one turned up. Communications were inexistent. Then I was told the item was delivered at the wrong address and to crown the lot the item was destroyed in transit when it turned up at my front door 15 days after the job was accepted. Not a sorry or anything just hiding behind the small print to avoid paying the REAL cost of the item destroyed. |

AnyVan were always friendly & helpful but it was never clear exactly who I was dealing with when it was the courier company. As it got nearer to collection day it became more and more confused. Was I talking to Anyvan or Albacore or Parcel Force? |
