AnyVan need to pass on additional information on what the driver needs to expect. The inventory we provided the website with was comprehensive. The inventory the driver received was not an accurate reflection of what needed to be collected. We had to have two runs as a consequence of incomplete information. Fortunately our driver did not charge us extra for the additional run. |
