Came without a ramp to place the scoter in the van. Therefore I had to lift it up myself with the driver and damage my clothe and bike. When I sent them emails they never replied to me. I would not use them again. |

Shocking service with the lack of communication. Turning up a day late for the collection in UK and 4hrs late to the destination in Spain despite a call to them stating the van was 1hr away. It has cost me a large bunch of flowers to our tenants who waited in for the arrival and missed dinner with friends. |

Overall, a reasonable job. The office weren't too sure about when the driver was supposed to arrive and the driver forgot to give me one extra item. However, to be fair, it was partly my fault for not remembering about it to. But the driver dropped it off on his way back 6 days later |

Customer service is excellent, kept me informed of when the goods were going to be collected and delivered. Speedy delivery period by a very friendly delivery person. I would uses this company over and over again as so far these are the best efficient company I have come across. |
