We operate from the Midlands close to all transport hubs and motorways. We are fully insured for both UK and Euro work copies which can be seen on request.

Bids made Are Based on 1 men Unless you have stated in your Listing you require 2 men.
Please Inform us if 2 or more men are Required for your job.
I ask my customers to have items ready to avoid Delays .

We require Full amount prior to collection remainder at delivery point.
Euro Work.
We would require full amount before collection this is to cover all costs ie ferries/tolls etc
Invoice for payment will be sent once received and email sent for confirmation of delivery/collection dates/times
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Would definitely not recommend, agreed price and driver confirmed he could collect on date and time that had been agreed. Therefore, I accepted and paid deposit via PayPal. The driver then requested I transfer the remainder of money via a bank transfer to bank account and sort code that he had supplied. I requested to pay via PayPal or cash on delivery and he made no further contact and Anyvan were also unable to make contact. I had to reorganise another driver at very short notice. Can not stress enough to avoid using this driver. |

This company has let me down twice now - I took a chance on hiring them as they were new to anyvan. I wish I hadn't. I had a pick up due yesterday - they broke down. Of course this was not their fault, but the communication was dreadful and I ended up waiting in all day for a no show. Last night they promised a 7.30am pick up today and again a no show - no response to my calls or sms. Best avoided I'm afraid as they are totally unreliable. |
