I would not recommend you to use this courier. He was due to collect a sideboard and the seller waited in all morning. She received no text or phone calls that the delivery couldn't go ahead. Then,early afternoon she had a call, that they couldn't collect until the next day. She could not be there then.
As the customer, I have had no text or phone calls from this person. I then received an email this morning (the following day) saying that his van has broken down and he can't do the delivery at all.
Whilst I accept that vehicles can break down, not informing your customer/person you are collecting that you are going to be late, you have a problem etc, is unacceptable. A quick phone call/text is not too much to ask. It would have kept everyone informed and not waiting around unneccessarily. I have now organised an alternative courier.

Quick reliable service at a very competitive price. The item was collected and delivered as per agreed timeslots with no damage to item. Driver even helped carry item into upsrtairs room which im sure other couriers might object to! Great communication from Adam too.
