is based in the Rhondda Valleys in Wales and covers the whole of the UK. We operate a 2016 plate VW Transporter with full breakdown cover along with a service agreement that gives us a replacement van if the worst was to happen no matter the location. We are fully insured with £10,000 Goods in Transit insurance and £1 million public liability insurance as well as a fully insured van that covers the transport of goods. This helps us to offer our customers an outstanding service, and give peace of mind.
Accio Deliveries offers a service for the general public, both large and small manufacturing and trading companies, anywhere in the UK. Providing a same day service and advance booking as well as regular delivery work.
Customer service is important to us and we keep the customer up to date with all progress regardless of the type of news. We operate a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week service.
Term and conditions of transport:
1. We require a full inventory with the estimated value, total weight and length.
2. If there is no one to collect at the agreed time at either end and we have to wait there will be a £25 charge for each hour. We understand that at times this may happen so we offer a 30-minute free waiting time before these charges take place.
3. To help make sure condition 6 does not happen we require a contact name and number for both parties before attending.
4. It is the sender’s responsibility to make sure all goods are packed properly. As our insurance does not cover improper packed loads and Accio will not accept liability for damage as a result.
5. Please check your goods upon arrival, after signing the delivery note any damage claims will not be taken into consideration.
6. Please make sure that there is adequate parking as close to pick up/drop of as possible. Any fees or charges our van may be subject to due to parking permissions are to be covered by the customer.
7. I work alone and will require help/assistants with loading/unloading. We can offer a second person to help for an additional charge, please let me know at time of booking .
8. Payment to be made in full at the time of collection or at time of delivery before the goods are unloaded.
