About Me
We are a Light Haulage company for local and long distance deliveries and collections.
(1) All items are collected & delivered only by ourselves.
(2) All collection & deliveries are carried out between 07:00 and 20.00.
So please ensure the specific opening & closing times for all business premises are given when a job is booked. If we arrive to collect or deliver your item at 07:00 or after 17:00 and no one is available, then payment will still have to be made to us, along with all additional costs made in regards to storage and delivery of any item/s left in our van.
(3) Please be aware that at times some jobs may have to be rescheduled or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, e.g. weather, road traffic accidents, road works, mechanical ,breakdowns, etc.
(4) Please ensure that all items are packaged & protected appropriately ready for collection & delivery, with fragile items clearly marked.
(5) We will collect goods from your stated collection address and deliver to the hallway of the delivery address (we can refuse to transport goods to select rooms if we feel the condition of the goods may sustain damage in the process).
