We are a reliable, polite, punctual and affordable removals and courier services. Our services are available 24 hours and 7 days a week. We thrive on offering the best possible service to all at reasonable prices. We do a diversity of services varying from store collections and deliveries. Our services are fully insured so you can be sure that your goods are safe and handled with care. We also provide competitive prices for all UK removal and courier services.

1. Arrival time on any job is estimated. We will do our best to be on time, but there might be delays caused by circumstances out of our control. (e.g. weather, traffic ) We do not accept responsibility for any customer loses due to out of our control pick-up/delivery delays.
2. We do not accept responsibility for damaged or lost property after job is complete and payment is completed.
3. Our insurance covers items in transit only. It will not cover any damage which happens inside a property. If you need any further cover for moving, contact your insurance company and get appropriate insurance cover.
4. It’s the customers responsibility to provide parking (reserve a space for the van outside of property before our arrival or arrange a suspension or permit where necessary with local council) If there is no pre-arranged parking and our van receives a ticket, it will be the customers responsibility to pay the fine to the driver at the end of job.
5. It’s the customer’s responsibility to pack everything properly. We do not accept responsibility for damage or breakage caused by poor packing.
6. It’s the customers responsibility to dismantle before our arrival any unit, system, furniture and beds, unless a packing service has already been negotiated with us.
7. It’s the customer’s responsibility to keep safe any screws, bolts, fixings etc. We do not accept responsibility for any missing fixtures and fittings.
8. No staff abuse will be tolerated.
9. All payments must be made in cash upon job completion. Any other kind of payment must be agreed on and made at least 7 days before moving day.
10. There is a surcharge for going through the congestion charge zone week days.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified = 250+ successful jobs

- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Bit of a "meh" experience - firstly was severely delayed due to the traffic situation, which I had an understanding for. Then he kept pointing out that he shouldn't be helping me to move the stuff, just open the van and watch me load - the way this was said was rude and said I could just load it myself, but he just shrugged it off. The driver had no understanding for me having more stuff than expected (though I accepted him being so late) and after arguing a bit about what is what on the list originally provided, he agreed to take all my stuff for extra charge saying "Impress me!" and expecting to say like £200 or whatever, again in quite a rude manner. Then he charged me extra for route accross the C zone, which was unnecessary - afterwards I double checked on the AA website and it was possible to get to my flat quicker and without going through Central London. Another extra charge for the deposit I've already paid, as pointed out by people before as well. |
