The guys were great, especially understanding that clients like to know the ETA, which they provided, so I was real assured, continual contact via sms, it all went perfect - for me. The poor lads faced an English Channel delay that cost them hours, yet they informed me (and my contact in France) of the situation, laid out a new ETA - and delivered it still on the same day!
