they were completely unreliable, they didn't deliver the stuff till the next day and didn't bother to call or pick up their phone to explain why my stuff didn't arrive on the same day. i almost called the police as i thought they have stolen my things. i won't be using your services again |

AR_Moves did not show up for the job. they were uncommunicative and refused to answer calls to tell us what was happening. Once we hit the due job time we called them repeatedly and they txt to say they would be 2 hours late. That was the last we heard from them. Terrible terrible company. DO NOT USE |

This guy is clueless please do not use. I cancelled with him as he proposed three time slots all at unbelievable unsocial hours for a house move - his time were: 4am - 6am, 9pm -10pm and midnight - quarter past midnight. |

Reading the reviews I took faith from the positive ones - nice guy, thorough etc etc. I booked him a week before the job. Was very thorough with details of pick up and drop off. On the morning if the collection I called and was assured he would be picking the sofas up somewhere between 1 and 1.30. I transferred the money I owed and waited. At 1.39 the seller said he hadn't arrived. Several unanswered phone calls and texts later I literally begged for an update. I then got a text at 3.45 that he had gone up north and someone else from Anyvan would help. Do yourselves a favour and get that other Anyvan driver from the start. Totally unreliable. Likely bids on jobs and then if they fit in to each other he'll turn up and if they don't bad luck. Very dishonourable and disappointing. Go elsewhere |

Not good wouldn't advise anyone to use this company , was told I would get 2 men only got 1, came 4 hrs late of due time , has still got some of my items 5 days later and a nightmare to get hold off |
