A family owned business trading since 2013, we focus our efforts around our clients and their need for a reliable and trustworthy transport company.
We like to think we offer a different approach by delivering a swift, secure and dependable service whilst building a strong relationship with our clients and working together so we can tackle any unforeseen situations that may occur.
These been said, we would like to invite you on this incredible journey that we've been through in the past few years with a promise that your trust will be rewarded with an outstanding service.
Terms of Service
* Our quote is based on the items you have listed, any additional items may affect it.
* The quote we have agreed upon is for 2 porters and a Luton van unless stated otherwise. We may refuse transportation for items that exceed the legal limits or the capability of our crew and van in special circumstances that have not been discussed prior to the booking.
* Availability should be checked before you decide to book a job with us.
* Times provided should be treated as estimates as they can be subject to situations beyond our control. We accept no liability for delays caused by external factors.
* It's the client's responsibility to ensure reasonable access and parking, extra fees may incur for delays caused.
* It's the client's responsibility to check items upon delivery, we accept no liability for later complaints.
* Booking cancellations on behalf of the client and with less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee - usually 40-50% of the total balance to be cleared.
* If you chose to pay by bank transfer, the balance must be cleared before the delivery.
* When no items are listed we provide a default quote (Load quote). If more than one Load is necessary, the extra loads will be charged separately.
* Pieces of furniture and white goods must be cleared of contents when ready to be loaded otherwise the contents will be packed in bags and treated as extra items.
* When no floors/flights of stairs are listed we provide a default quote (Ground floor quote). We reserve our right to charge extra in special circumstances that have not been discussed prior to the booking.
* Any waiting time exceeding 30 minutes on behalf of the client is chargeable with £40 per hour.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified = 250+ successful jobs
The purpose of this badge is to highlight our companies that have consistently given a good service to the benefit of our users.
Please note: This is by no means a guarantee of their future work however this is representative of the work done to date.
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Vlad and his team were fantastic. He was incredibly easy and responsive on email and his mobile - really helpful as I was at work and having to use text a lot!
