We offer professional man and van services.Our experienced man and van teams arrive on location promptly and fully equipped for the job.
TERM&CONDITIONS:
By accepting our quote you confirm that you read,understood and accept the following term and conditions.
IMPORTANT:
-We reserve the right to cancel jobs accepted without prior check of our availability.
-If you have extra items it will be applied an extra charge.
-Dismantling and assembling are not included in our price,it will be applied an extra charge.
-Packing(packing materials)and unpacking are not included in our quote(unless is writing on Anyvan website messaging system).
-Parking and Congestion Charge are not included in our quote(will be payable by customer)
-If a job is cancelled at short notice(within 48h of arranged time a 50% cancelation fee will be applied by us to the customer).
-If we have to wait at the pick up or delivery address,then a waiting charge of £50 per hour will be charged.
-If flights of stairs, hallways, corridors, create difficulties to complete our job successfully,an extra charge will be applied. If the distance from the doorway to the parking is more then the 25m the price will be renegotiated.
-All damages must be reported on delivery or within 24h.
-We are open to complains for 48hours,after the finishing jobs(later then that its not acceptable).
-PLEASE,confirm the date and time before accepting our quote.
Here at AnyVan, we recognise the importance of finding a reliable company hence the reason for the Certified Badge found on their profile page.
The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified
= 71 - 250 successful jobs - Gold Certified = 250+ successful jobs

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details
