Beware - the worst experience ever! My sofabed was irreparably damaged, the driver was slovenly and dragged it along the ground to avoid lifting it. He nearly broke the banister on my stairs when carrying it up, and tried to refuse to take it at all, though the listing clearly stated that it was to go to the first floor. He tried to deny having carried it at all, blaming my builder, who helped him. He arrived nearly 2 hours late for collection, causing the seller to arrive late for work. He then parked on my neighbour's forecourt for nearly 2 hours after completing the job. The company accepts no responsibility, and anyvan, though polite and communicative, also accepts no responsibility for the companies who tender. |

Overcharged and unable to recover amount even with the help of Anyvan. The removal was carried out efficiently and the two removers were very helpful but experience ruined by the overcharging and lack of support in getting it sorted out. Would not use anyvan again. |
