We are a growing family owned courier company, Established in 2001. We pride ourselves on being punctual, making sure our customers receive the highest level of service and complete peace of mind when choosing us to carry out the required work.
COURIER
We provide courier services to get your big or small items delivered same day whether it be an eBay item you have purchased or a bed from a warehouse. We also offer temporary storage if required.
RECYCLING
Recycling service is offered where your household rubbish can be removed and dumped at the recycling centre closest to your address. You are responsible for paying the charges incurred at the recycling centre and receipt will be provided. Our quote will cover for transporting the items from point A to B only.
REMOVAL & DISMANTLING
We offer Removal services to get your valuables from A to B, Be it one item a whole house or office. We also provide Dismantling services for all of those big items that need to be flat packed.

*TERMS & CONDITIONS*
CANCELLATIONS & DATE CHANGES
Cancelations or date changes made 48 hours before agreed date & time will not be charged. However a cancellation or date change made within 48 hours will be charged at 35% of value of the quote.
FLOOR LEVELS OR STAIRS & DISMANTLING
If you have not mentioned in your inventory list or description that there will be stairs or the level your goods need to be taken to, whether there is a lift or not you will be charged £10 for the first floor and £2.50 per floor thereafter. if you have a lift in your premises there will be a one off £10 charge only.
if your goods require dismantling and we have not been notified by you or it is not on the inventory list or description you will be charged £5 for the first item big or small and £3.50 thereafter.
MISGUIDANCE OF ITEMS TO TRANSPORT
If you have more goods to transport then described on your inventory list or description you will be charged for the extra goods there will be a £5 charge added for misguidance of inventory & then added on top the extra amount for your added goods to be transported.

There has been a little misunderstanding about the time on the day of the removal, and the two guys arrived late. However, they did an amazing job, taking care of my furniture as if there were theirs, in an enjoyable atmosphere. Great work, good sense of humor and extremely helpful. |
