We offer a 3 hour window for each collection or delivery. This time slot is normally given 48hrs before when the final route is confirmed. We try to be as helpful and flexible as possible but we must keep to our planned routes and times as this helps us to operate in a organised manner and keep costs and prices to a minimum. All collections and deliveries are done by one person with a tail lift van. Although very helpful with loading and unloading, with large or very heavy items the driver will require help in such cases. We prefer that items are packaged ready for shipping but appreciate that this is not always possible and hence will accept items that are not as we will wrap them in blankets and secure them for transit. All items are kept on the same van and are not transferred. Experienced delivery and collection driver offering a professional hassle free service. We offer low prices by being organised but we do not compromise the quality of service that we offer. All items are fully insured and are always handled with care as if they were our own.
