I have been given a terrible experience with this company. They firstly rang to say they couldn't do the job after all, then tried to charge me £12 more, then when I agreed that reluctantly said that they could do it again, then waived the £12 when I got cross and finally when I thought it was finally sorted cancelled on me altogether at the last minute when everything was arranged. I have lost my £10 deposit which I need back now urgently and I would like to report them and for this to be passed on to whatever regulatory body they are now under as they tell me you have now terminated their contract? It does not look good for your site to have people like this advertising with you. Many thanks. |
