as i was shifting my household goods, it was not possible to name all the small items. I have packed the things in small cartoons in place of medium ones so that it can be handled while loading and unloading. Similarly I had only two big trolley bags and three hand bags in place total five big bags. similarly there were three extra very small flower pots. The driver told me he will carry only the items mentioned in the list without considering size of items listed for shifting. the driver was most uncooperative. he has charged me addition 20 pound, although while he talking to AnyVan person regarding my disagreement with extra paying on the basis that the van is not even half filled as items packed in small cartoons and boxes, he told the AnyVan person that he is asking for 15-20 pound extra. but he charged me 20 pound extra. my submission is that if one shifts his house, it is difficult to name all items. the driver behaviour should be more friendly to customer. |

Have to say, these guys were brilliant. There was a slight hiccup with the booking form, (wrong postcode), so they went to the wrong place. It took a little longer for them to deliver the Item, however, I must specify It was NOT their fault. They delivered the item and were very professional. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future. Cheers guys. |
