This courier did not arrive on the agreed date. They did not return any of my calls or emails and both myself waiting for the delivery and the gentleman waiting for the collection were at home all day waiting around for the courier, who never came. I found it both disrespectful and very inconvenient to have no communication from the driver/company after paying the deposit and relying on them to do the job as described. I am now still waiting for a response from the driver/company 2 days later and alternatively need to find and pay for another one. A lot of my time has been wasted trying to resolve this issue and I still don’t know why they did not collect/deliver or speak to me personally via telephone or email! Very poor communication! Would NOT recommend you to use this courier! |

Tuesday 27th November, 9pm: I have absolutely no idea where this delivery driver is - I hope he is OK. The last contact I had was last week when I paid the deposit and he accepted the job, promising to collect on Monday 26th November. I have left numerous messages on his answer phone and sent 3 emails, but he has declined to contact me. He has not collected the cooker and I have made alternative arrangements. |
