All goods covered by Goods in transit insurance.(Full value liability and CMR).

TERMS - IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

1)We reserve the right to cancel bids accepted without checking our availability, we bid on 100’s of jobs everyday.

2) If a time was not pre-agreed for collection/delivery then we reserve the right to allocate one.

3) Service provided is a ground to ground unless pre-agreed.

4) All moves are a 1 man service.

5) Extra items not mentioned in the inventory may incur extra charges (5 extra boxes/small items allowed).

6) You’re responsible to adequately protect items in cardboard and/or bubble wrap. Non-solid wood, glass or marble items are sent at your own risk of breakage. Glass / Mirrors CAN break in transit and are NOT insured.

7) All floors/walls must be adequately protected prior to our arrival. We take no responsibility for any damages due to inadequate or lack of protection.

8) If parking isn’t available you must pay for a ticket otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the job. Parking should be available within 20 metres of the property. Otherwise further charges may be appy.

9) £15 pounds for each 15 minutes of delay applicable e.g. picking up keys, inventory checks etc.

10) All furniture must be dismantled in advance. Dismantling/Assembly services are available at extra cost.

11) 50% of the balance to be paid when a job is cancelled within 72 hours.

12) All damages must be advised on delivery otherwise insurers will not accept a claim.

13) All bids are for moves/pickups outside the congestion charging hours unless pre-agreed. if wanting to move during the charging hours an additional £12 will apply.

14) Full payment must be made in cash upon completion.

15) You may travel in the vehicle, at the driver’s discretion however you won’t be insured in the event of an accident and a disclaimer must be signed.
