All our quotes are based on items listed and ground floor to ground froor unless previously specified in your listing.
- Dismantling/ assembly service, packing service and materials incur extra charges.
- All items must be boxed or packaged correctly before transport. Although we take care to wrap and secure fragile items we except no responsibility for damage if not packaged using correct materials by the owner prior to transportation.
Any issues must be reported within 24 hrs.
**8 hours is our usual daily working hours,unless pre-arranged beforehand with our individual customers**
