-We charge extra for collection/delivery/removal services from/to above ground floor rooms, unless otherwise communicated on the job description or any messages you send us before bid is accepted.
-Payments must be made on delivery (cash), or before delivery (PayPal or bank transfer).
-We charge extra in case goods need to be stored in case you or the person at the other end don't meet the pick up/delivery time slot we agreed in advance.

To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

When I ordered a van I did put that it needs to transport a motorbike but the driver wasn't experienced he didn't even had a ramp to load the motorcycle and he damaged my bike so I had to pay £170 to repair it |
