We accepted this companies quote, it wasn't the least expensive, we evaluated the other quotes and decided that 'you get what you pay for', and indeed the service was as anticipated - perfect. I was kept updated and informed. The job was to collect and deliver a range cooker for my elderly parents, they were a bit apprehensive, however all went well and the delivery crew were very helpful. Made my life a bit easier as well. |
