I've had an appalling experience with my removal. Glen and his employee started my removal yesterday at 8.30am and finally finished it at 6pm today.. two full days.. I requested a partial packing service and all my stuff arrived stuffed into carrier bags, no bubble wrap or protection. At 4.40pm yesterday I was told that they only needed to load galfvif one bedroom, at 6.30pm I then got another text to say that everything couldn't fit in the van and the insinuation was that I had too much stuff. The iffer was vague about what they would do, something about after another job in Dundee.. in the end I asked that they arrive 1st thing the next morning, and go back for a 2nd load(Glen had estimated that he would probably need to do two trips anyway)

The excuses and platitudes were just incredible.

I was left in the 1st night in my new home with a single bed, some kitchen boxes and nothing else- and I have a two year old son.

The 2nd day was no better.

I've had a few removals over the years, full packing service, whole house loads and I have never experienced such shoddy service.

They complained about the amount of stuff, the darkness, my stairs, and whatever else. And yet glen had actually been in my house two days before full removal. He offered to do an extra run with my basics. Thank goodness it is have had nothing.

It was a joke from beginning to end. I only paid him the agreed amount as I realised they had done the job, the other guy needed to be paid, and I'd made an agreement.

I've yet to check all of my things but I see my bookshelf has been chipped, a vase chipped, and everything arriving in plastic bags was a joke.

I would not reccomend them and I'm disappointed to say that. But it was a sham.

Glen and his crew did a fantastic job moving our books and other belongings from a first-floor flat in Invergowrie House in Dundee to our new, 4-bedroom place in Tayport. Glen and his crew are based in Dundee. Glen is meticulous in his work and generous with his time. When he realized that we had too many books take over to Tayport in one go, he decided to do two trips in his van. I loved the book slide which he invented in order to get boxes of books down the stairs safely and quickly. You cannot go wrong with Glen!
