Our website allows for secure online booking and payments, all our work is fully insured, and we only recruit cheerful, strong, hard-working professionals to do all the packing and heavy lifting!
TERMS:
Arrival time is an estimate. Delays may occur due to uncontrollable circumstances such as traffic/weather etc.
We will endeavour to keep you informed. We do not accept responsibility for any customer losses incurred due to such circumstances.
We will carry items up and down stairs OR deliver to a room of your choice AND/OR provide additional men if required for an additional cost. Please make it clear in advance if required.
We reserve the right to charge for stopping at different locations to collect and/or deliver items.

Carrying customers in our vans is at driver's discretion if deemed necessary in order to save time waiting for you at delivery address

It’s the customer’s responsibility to:-
• Properly wrap/box their items. We do not accept responsibility for any damage/breakages caused by customer's poor packing. Recommended box weight: 30Kg Max
• Fully dismantle furniture/ beds/systems/etc. in advance unless a full dismantling/packing service has been negotiated and agreed. It’s the customer's responsibility to keep safe any screws/fixtures etc. We do not accept responsibility for any missing fixtures/fittings.
• Ensure carpets/ floors/wallpaper/etc. are adequately protected prior to our arrival. We do not take any responsibility for any damages incurred to decoration/flooring/etc. due to inadequate or lack of protection.
• Provide parking/parking permits if applicable. If we receive a fine, customer’s must reimburse the driver by the end of the job.

Full payment must be made in cash upon completion of your job.
