Due to unforeseen circumstances we had our driver changed which meant our pick up time was pushed back by a few hours. However, the new team who came to help us did the whole house removal and unloading to the new house in around 2 hours. Could not fault the team at all, I would give the driver 6* if I could. They were apologetic over the delay despite it not being their fault and were just extremely professional.

Despite the challenges faced by moving from a top floor flat both were unfazed and the entire move was completed in around 3 hours.
