Adrian and his colleague worked really hard all day and especially at the destination as they found they were unable to use the lift to take the boxes up to the 2nd floor flat and had to use the staircase. They were polite and helpful and did a very good job.

The driver and his assistant were very friendly and extremely efficient. Me and my son were extremely happy with the service on offer.

The men were pleasant and very obliging. We are shocked at the detail you go into itemising every box and price of furniture you put on the van. I was told the drivers would allow 10% more than itemised. It is impossible to gauge how many boxes you need until you have packed everything. It felt that we were held to ransom when we needed to pay £68 more before they would leave with the furniture.

Petre was an absolutely fantastic breath of fresh air ,polite, punctual, courteous and always wanting to help. I would 100 percent asking for Petre he is the best that they have , his team are brilliant and vans are spotless

Very efficient process using the online booking system and SO flexible in terms of adding or deleting items and generally the whole process from start to finish. I was particularly impressed with the call centre when I had a couple of queries and the operatives had outstanding customer experience skills and made it a pleasant interaction with their helpful and easy going nature. Nothing was too much trouble. Great business and we will certainly recommend and use again should we need a Van and/or move house again!
