I was kept informed all the way through process. Tracking app assisted this. My items were swiftly loaded onto van and offloaded at the other end. They were swift and efficient. The only thing I didn't realise is that you have to tell them exactly what you have down to the last box. So a learning curve for me. But reasonably happy with the process.

Both men were extremely polite and worked extremely hard to get my moved into my new home

After the initial van broke down, the two men that jumped in to the rescue at the last minute were amazing. Nothing was any trouble. They were both courteous and polite, even after a very long journey. The communication was fantastic from the start to the finish. Both men worked extremely hard.
