It's the first time I've used anyvan after reading reviews I was happy everything went to plan

I wasnt happy about the extra charge as the extra distance was only in my car park next to my house so I wont be recomending to anyone. As I no choice to accept. But the men did a good job Thank you

Rolf and his team were right on time. Very friendly. They packed all the items we asked for and made a stressful situation easier to deal with. They were very professional and clearly very good at there job. They made sure there hands were clean after touching dirty items like garden stuff before doing anything else. The gentleman turned up on time took great care of a furniture packed it up all securely and delivered it promptly to our Home into all the rooms that we asked him to overall we were very pleased with the service I would recommend them to our friends and family

Very efficient process using the online booking system and SO flexible in terms of adding or deleting items and generally the whole process from start to finish. I was particularly impressed with the call centre when I had a couple of queries and the operatives had outstanding customer experience skills and made it a pleasant interaction with their helpful and easy going nature. Nothing was too much trouble. Great business and we will certainly recommend and use again should we need a Van and/or move house again!
