On average, semi-detached properties sell for £247,000, whilst terraced properties sell for £181,000, and flats fetch an average of £153,000. Renting costs vary based on the location and property size, but as Leeds is one of the most populated cities in the UK, you can expect to pay an average of £810, according to a study carried out by Rightmove.
