The service we have received was really good and we have no complaints. Came within the time frame given, loaded everything into their van and delivered everything perfectly. Really efficient and the 2 men that came were professional and helpful. We do hope the man that fell is ok too!!

I found the website booking experience really good on the whole. Very usable service. However, there didn't appear to be an option to stipulate the number of floors, and I was unable to amend them at the end of the process. When I phoned and was quoted an additional £36 for 3 extra floors I was unhappy, but the complaint was handled very well, so we were happy. On the day of the move, the tracker said the driver would be approx 30mins - 1 hour late, and we were the last delivery. Updates showed the same throughout the day. Around an hour before the later delivery time, when my daughter was out, the update came through that they were now on time, so we had next to no warning. And the driver said he couldn't wait. She was stuck in traffic, but in the end when she got home, they were still there. But it had been hugely stressful. However, the driver and helper were very good, polite, super helpful and very careful with our furniture and we rated them extremely high. All in all, we give a 9/10
