Driver was very good. Booking team was not. They didn't send me confirmation that the booking was fulfilled and I didn't get a tracking link.

Very reliable and easy to communicate. They agreed to give me a lift back to my destination point. This was very helpful and cut out a lot of hassle. I would highly recommend this team.

Arranged for collection and dropped off of a modular 4 seater boxed sofa, from Croydon to North London. Reasonable costs and prompt collection and delivery. Delivery team of 2 who were helpful and happy to take the boxes upstairs to first floor flat and arrange so we had room in the hallway.

Booking was very easy and the price is reasonable. In general, Josh was really good despite the rain earlier today. He called when he was on his way to pick-up the stuff and gave reasonable expectations of the delivery time. Overall, I am very satisfied with AnyVan for the second time. Will surely be using the service in the future.

Both courier guys were very kind. They went out of their way to fit the radiator covers not just into the rooms I needed them in but behind the sofa where I needed it too. It wasn't easy to get it into the room either due to the narrow hallway and doorway. All this at 9pm when they had a 3-4 hour drive to get home. I would definitely recommend this service as well as the driver & his helper.

I was kept informed every step of the pick up and drop off.. The driver,s were held up so were a little late but I expect this was because of the amount of pick ups and how far they had to travel. they left me at 10 pm and still had a pick up to. Great pair of lads and very professional. I would use again.
