Despite a bit of problem with having the wrong telephone number so not recognised on your system, we managed to sort it out and the whole experience went well - even though it was a bit stressful. In the morning I was told the driver was delayed so reorganised person to b e at collection and then in the afternoon he arrived at original time so I had to reorganise again.

I booked on line, which was very easy, remember to say if stairs are involved, the two young men who turnes up, where very nice and got the job done really well and got to the other end and unpacked and placed the bed parts were I asked. The truck was clean and tidy. It was pouring with rain and the young men were still happy. The tracking app is a great idea. And the fact you can ring for peace of mind.
