The courier services team is delighted to announce that AnyVan.com has just been awarded one of the internet’s most prestigious accolades: WINNER - Website of the Year 2010.
Handed out by thegoodwebquide.co.uk, the best website is chosen from a shortlist of 24 of the country’s top sites. Many more didn’t make the shortlist, so considering the competition out there, the AnyVan team is over the moon! Nearly 2,000 websites were put forward for consideration. The focus, as in previous years, remained on small businesses and not-for-profit organisations.
Judges included TV property expert Sarah Beeny and marketing guru Mark Glynne-Jones.
The Good Web Guide sets out to be the most definitive guide to the best websites on the internet and they constantly review thousands of websites. The best website of the year award is a prestigious competition which is designed to highlight and showcase the country’s best websites.
Criteria for a top website is based on a number of factors, but includes design, functionality and content. The courier services team at AnyVan is pleased to see that the site scored highly in all three areas.
